Teacher: Susan J. Littlefield, MA has a Kripalu professional level yoga teacher certification (500 hours) and a masters degree in Holistic Counseling. A yoga practitioner since 1995, she has been teaching year round on Block Island for 14 years. Sue creates a welcoming atmosphere based on the Kripalu tradition of compassion and self-acceptance. She has released an instructional yoga CD entitled Tidal Flow.
Who can attend: Yoga students who know their body’s limits and have enough experience with safely modifying their own practice. Please contact me by email or call (401)465-8525 with any questions regarding your participation in this program.
Location: St. Andrews Parish Center is located on a small bluff above the ocean on the east shore of Block Island outside the center of town. Spacious, sacred, and quiet.
Food: Lunch will be provided. Please indicate diet restrictions on your Registration Form (pdf)
Travel: The timing of this retreat has been designed so that you may travel round trip to the island on Saturday.
We will start class when the day-trippers arrive at St. Andrews.
Ferry Departs Pt. Judith at 7:30 am;
Ferry Departs BI at 6:00 pm.
