Teacher: Susan J. Littlefield, MA has a Kripalu professional level yoga teacher certification (500 hours) and a masters degree in Holistic Counseling. A yoga practitioner since 1995, she has been teaching year round on Block Island for 12 years. Sue creates a welcoming atmosphere based on the Kripalu tradition of compassion and self-acceptance. She has released an instructional yoga CD entitled Tidal Flow.
Who can attend: Yoga students who know their body’s limits and have enough experience to safely modifying their own practice. Location: St. Andrews Parish Center is located on a small bluff above the ocean on the east shore of Block Island outside the center of town. Spacious, sacred, and quiet.
Travel: The timing of this retreat has been designed so that you may travel round trip to the island on Saturday May 9th.
We will start class when the day-trippers arrive at St. Andrews.
Ferry Departs Pt. Judith at 9:00 am;
Ferry Departs BI at 5 pm.
We will have a shuttle to and from the dock. Please let us know if you need this service. Other travel times go to blockislandferry.com
