This class is for everyBODY. Gentle practice with detailed guidance to release physical and mental stress; promote relaxation and strengthen and tone the muscles, joints and spine. Beautiful introduction for the first time practitioner or a restorative class for all practitioners. Sue is masterful at leading modifications for those having any physical challenges. 60 min. |
Mixed-Levels ( less experience )
Great way to begin and end a beautiful day on Block Island. This class includes lots of joint and spinal warm ups to prepare for a moderate level yoga practice of floor, standing and balancing postures. Class always ends with restorative poses and deep relaxation. 75 min. Classes for Summer 2020 are now completed. See you in 2021! |
Intermediate ( more experience )
This class includes a full practice of warm ups, pranayama (breath work) , postures (asana) including sun salutations, longer holdings, and deep relaxation (shavasana). For those practitioners with a moderate to advanced level of experience. 75 min. |
Drop–ins, 1st time practitioners and those with limitations/ injuries are always welcome. Mats are available. |
