 Cultivating Compassion

All classes are based on the Kriplau Yoga tradition of cultivating mindful awareness, self-compassion and non-judgment while promoting energizing strength,
inner balance and radiant well-being.


Each class will last 70 mins and consist of warm-ups, postures, breath work, and deep relaxation.

Modifications are available for those with injuries / limitations.

Beginner (no experience ) 
This class is for everyBODY. 
Gentle practice with detailed guidance to release physical and mental stress; promote relaxation and strengthen and tone the muscles, joints and spine.
 
Beautiful introduction for the first time practitioner or a restorative class for all practitioners. 


Ball Rolling (less experience ) 
Great way to begin a beautiful day on Block Island. This class will use balls to engage in deep tissue self massage. Suitable for all levels, we will breathe and roll to release chronic tension and more recent tight spots.  
Class always ends with deep relaxation.





Intermediate (more experience )
This class includes a full practice of warm ups, pranayama (breath work), postures (asana), longer holdings, and deep relaxation (shavasana). 

For those practitioners with a moderate to advanced level of experience.




1st time practitioners and those with limitations/ injuries are always welcome.
